Who is responsible

Lusoliv, Lda, NIPC 518900940, is responsible for the website and enquiry processing described here. Our registered office is Rua Hermano Neves 18, Piso 3, Escritório 7, V5093, 1600-477 Lisboa, Portugal. For privacy requests, data-protection concerns or complaints, contact contact@lusoliv.com. The Founder initially oversees handling and follow-up. We accept enquiries and privacy requests in English and Portuguese. We may use translation assistance with human verification where necessary and safeguards to limit disclosure.

This notice covers the informational website, enquiries and initial expressions of interest from independent Professionals. It does not cover activated marketplace accounts, bookings, payments, identity checks or service-day location sharing. Those activities require their own notice when available.

We do not ask for sensitive information in an initial enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, passwords, precise home addresses, health information or criminal-record information. A lawful basis under Article 6 does not by itself authorise special-category or criminal-offence data; any necessary handling of such data requires the additional applicable legal conditions.

You can contact us by email at contact@lusoliv.com or through WhatsApp, as shown on the “Contact & Help” page. Providing information is voluntary, but we need a usable contact to reply. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or activate a Professional account. Initial Professional interest is not an employment application, completed onboarding, promise of work or acceptance of Professional terms. No booking payment is taken through this informational website.

Providers and external links

Framer B.V., established in the Netherlands, hosts the website. Its built-in statistics are processed in the United States by AWS, Tinybird and Google Cloud. Published pages are also served and cached through AWS regions around the world. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Microsoft 365 provides our email and supports our restricted privacy-request and complaints register in company OneDrive. This website previously had contact forms; Framer reports that native forms were processed by AWS in the United States and that their notification emails were delivered through Loops in the United States. Authorised staff, necessary service providers, professional advisers and competent authorities may receive information where needed and lawful.

Email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links open external services when you choose them. A link is different from an embedded social feed or advertising pixel. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Lusoliv handles the correspondence through the WhatsApp Business app; the service also processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy information. You can use email instead.

We do not back up WhatsApp enquiries to cloud storage.

For Framer’s transfers outside the European Economic Area, Framer states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Its Data Processing Addendum, version 2.0 effective 16 June 2026, describes these safeguards: https://www.framer.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/2.0. Its current subprocessor information is available at https://trust.framer.com/. Contact contact@lusoliv.com to request information about the safeguards or a copy.

Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) provides our email and record-handling services under its Products and Services Data Protection Addendum. Microsoft states that Microsoft Corporation complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and that it uses standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers to countries without an adequate level of protection. When your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, Google may process your IP address and browser information, including outside the European Economic Area, as described in its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy information explains its international transfers. Contact contact@lusoliv.com to request information about these safeguards.

How long we keep information

Ordinary enquiries are deleted six calendar months after resolution or closure. Resolution means our final substantive response or completed action, with no outstanding agreed follow-up. Reading or archiving a message alone does not close it. If you do not answer our substantive request for information, we close the enquiry thirty calendar days after that request, provided we have no outstanding action or agreed follow-up. Automated reminders and unanswered follow-ups do not restart that period. A substantive reply keeps the enquiry active. A later reopening is documented and does not automatically extend unrelated records.

Initial Professional-interest records are deleted twelve calendar months after the latest meaningful two-way contact. If there is no meaningful two-way exchange, the period runs from the initial submission. Automated acknowledgements, internal notes, newsletters and unanswered outbound messages do not reset it.

Information needed for an active privacy request or complaint is kept while the case is investigated, managed and resolved. After closure, only minimum evidence is retained for a documented legal obligation, regulatory accountability requirement, dispute or legal claim. It is reviewed at least annually and deleted when no longer justified. There is no universal post-closure period for every privacy case, and full conversations or attachments are not retained merely to preserve an audit trail. Applicable Livro de Reclamações records are classified separately and follow their specific statutory rules.

A justified exception must record its reason, scope, authorised reviewer and review/end date. A generic possibility of a future claim does not justify keeping everything. Moving information into a future CRM does not reset its dates. Deletion from an active mailbox or workbook does not necessarily remove every recoverable copy immediately.

For messages sent through our former contact forms, Framer reports that submission contents are not stored in its database. Delivery queues held submissions until delivery and for no more than fourteen days. Loops retains a copy of each notification email it sent; Framer has not stated a fixed deletion period for those copies. Framer keeps a separate record of the submission ID, form, site and time, without the submitted content; it currently has no fixed deletion period for these records.

Framer reports hosting and delivery logs, including user agent and requested URL, are kept for up to thirty days; security and network logs for up to fourteen days; and error-monitoring data for up to ninety days, with IP addresses removed. Its database backups expire within ninety-one days and do not contain form submission contents, statistics events or logs. These backup statements concern Framer’s database backups, not copies held by Loops or Microsoft 365.

Framer currently retains statistics events without a fixed deletion period. The ninety-day history visible in our Pro-plan dashboard is a display limit, not a promise that underlying events are deleted after ninety days.

In Microsoft 365, an email we delete can be recovered for up to thirty days and a file we delete from OneDrive for up to ninety-three days; after that, it is permanently deleted. Earlier versions of a file are kept with the file and deleted with it. Microsoft keeps its own service and audit logs for limited periods under its terms.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions or profile you using the information described in this notice.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact contact@lusoliv.com, preferably with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month of receiving a request. Where justified by complexity or the number of requests, we may extend by up to two further months; we will notify you within the first month and explain why. We ask only for information reasonably needed to confirm identity and locate the record. You may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados at https://www.cnpd.pt/, without losing other available remedies.

Framer reports that it cannot identify which retained statistics events belong to a specific visitor and therefore cannot erase or restrict one visitor’s events. It also cannot delete individual log entries; these expire under the periods described above. These technical limits do not remove your right to contact Lusoliv about the information we hold or your rights. We assess requests for the relevant records and systems.

No automatic marketing subscription

Enquiries and expressions of interest do not subscribe you to newsletters, promotional email or WhatsApp campaigns. Any future subscription will require a separate optional choice for the stated channel and purpose. Marketing subscriptions and campaigns are not currently available through this website.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and browser storage can store information on, or access information from, your device. This website does not use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or session replay, and does not offer optional marketing subscriptions.

We use Framer’s built-in aggregate visitor statistics to understand overall website use and improve content and navigation. Framer reports that its servers create a visitor ID from the IP address, user agent and site using a one-way keyed hash. The key is replaced every twenty-four hours; IDs are not linked across days or sites. The raw IP address is used to create the ID and is not stored with statistics events. Framer states that these statistics do not use cookies or store information on the visitor’s device. This description concerns Framer’s statistics; delivering a page still involves technical data, and external services have their own practices.

Images and other page resources are delivered through the website hosting infrastructure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: to download them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Social and WhatsApp links do not load an embedded feed on this website. Choosing a link takes you to the external service and its own privacy choices.

[RELEASE GAP — COOKIE INVENTORY] The cookies or browser-storage items, providers, purposes and durations used when visiting this website or submitting its form have not yet been fully confirmed.

If we introduce optional technologies that require consent, we will keep them off until you give permission, update this notice, and provide accessible Accept, Reject and Preferences choices. You will be able to withdraw your choice as easily as you give it.

For questions, contact contact@lusoliv.com. Browser settings can also help manage stored information; they do not replace Lusoliv's obligations to obtain consent where required.
