Regular Home Cleaning
A regular clean, shaped around your priorities and the time you choose.
What it covers
Included tasks
- Dusting reachable surfaces and furniture.
- Kitchen worktops, sink, hob, and outside of appliances and cupboards.
- Bathroom toilet, basin, shower or bath, mirrors, and reachable wall tiles.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Emptying bins.
- General tidying within the booked time.
What’s not included
Not included
- Inside oven, fridge, or cupboards.
- Exterior windows or ladder/work-at-height tasks.
- Walls or ceilings.
- Carpet or upholstery washing.
- Laundry, ironing, or washing up.
- Balconies or outdoor areas.
- Construction or renovation dust cleaning.
- Mould treatment, pests, biohazard, or moving heavy furniture.
Regular Home Cleaning is time-based with a minimum of 2 hours. Your chosen Professional sets the final fixed total, including applicable taxes, based on their rate and your booking details.
Each Professional sets their own exact fixed Customer price, including all applicable taxes. You choose your Professional. A request and acceptance do not charge or confirm a booking; only successful Pay and confirm does.

Choose your clean
Choose Regular, Deep or Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning and tell us about your home.

Choose your timing
Once bookings open, you will be able to select a date and arrival preference, or First available. Choose a duration for Regular Home Cleaning, with a two-hour minimum. Deep and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning are priced for the agreed scope.

Choose your Professional
See available Professionals and their exact fixed prices, all taxes included. Deep and Move-In / Move-Out prices cover the agreed clean.

Request, review and confirm
Choose a Professional and send your request. A request or acceptance does not charge you or confirm a booking. After acceptance, review the details and select Pay and confirm. Only successful payment creates a confirmed booking.

Before your clean
Arrival window
The arrival window is when your Professional arrives. Regular Home Cleaning covers the hours you book; Deep and Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning cover the agreed scope.
Book again
You can request the same Professional again. Every repeat is a new booking, subject to their current price, availability and acceptance.
Your address
Your assigned Professional receives your exact address 2 hours before the arrival window, on the service date.
